Use the user panel to report account, subscription, connection and billing issues. Details and updates stay in one ticket, making it easier to continue troubleshooting.

Before You Submit
Provide the details relevant to your issue. Describe what you expected to happen, then explain what actually happened. Avoid reporting only that something “doesn’t work.”
Account and subscription: Identify the page where the issue occurred, the message shown and your subscription status. You can create an account without an email address. Your username and password are used to sign in; never include your password in a ticket.
Connection and access: Include your platform, client name, route name, when the error occurred and the error message. Note whether the same issue persists after switching routes.
Payments and orders: Provide the order number shown in the panel, the order status and payment method used. VPNXN accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Redact personal information not needed for verification from payment screenshots.
Refund requests: Specify the order you want refunded. VPNXN offers a 30-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details. Check your ticket for updates.
Before You Submit
If you’re new, follow the setup guide to import your subscription. For connection issues, see the help center. Learn about route types and protocols in the technical reference. Check the pricing page for plan prices and data allowances.
If the issue persists, include the steps you’ve tried and their results in your ticket. This helps identify whether the problem is with importing a subscription, device settings or the route.
